Off in a few moments to be with the family for Thanksgiving, and all that involves -- including no end of having to make small talk, no end of gorging myself on food that, strictly speaking, isn't the best for you (and undoing the hard work of the last few months), and no end of a bunch of other things. But isn't that what family is about, and what today is about? I intend to enjoy it.
