I was looking for something the other day and happened across this (it's in six parts; the link takes you to the first part, and you can find the rest there). It's a long-form interview, conducted by a famous documentarian, with Capt. Denny Fitch. If you don't know the name, Fitch was involved in the United 232 accident in 1989. He happened to be aboard the aircraft and volunteered his help to the flight crew. It's a deeply moving film, in unexpected ways.
If you've had a bad day, it's excellent viewing to help you put things in perspective.
